Meet The Team


Onyeka Dike

Managing Partner

Onyeka graduated from the University of Benin with a Second Class Upper degree in English and Literature. He also holds a Master’s degree in English, University of Ibadan, with specialisation in Literature. While he was in Benin, he won several awards in creative writing, proving his expertise severally both in poetry, prose and drama. He is someone who understands the purpose of Literature both as a reflective and refractive tool. While in school, he often served as a research assistant to some doctoral students, an experience that exposed him fully to the art of comprehensive research and data analysis.

Upon graduation, he has worked in different aspects of banking, including operations and Corporate Communications. While in Corporate Communications, he designed and executed communication strategies both for internal and external communications. He also edited many newsletters for different Divisions.

Apart from being an astute PR specialist, Onyeka is also an accomplished author with a collection of poems (Songs for a Nation in Agony) and a book on David’s family life (The 360 Degree Champion) to his credit. His works have appeared in some Nigerian newspapers like Sunday Sun and The Nation. He was also a reader’s favourite on Naija Stories before he went on to establish Ready Ink.

Driven by a passion to build a culture of excellence in published works, he started Ready Ink in 2012, and got it registered in 2013 with a vision to improve the standard of published works.

He speaks at conferences and was recently a guest on CoreTV News, Lagos.

Kindness Onyeka-Dike

Co-Managing Partner

A certified HR professional, Kindness has a degree in Philosophy from the prestigious University of Benin. She served in several administrative positions in some schools before joining the company. She also has valuable experience as a teacher, having taught in some private schools in the past. This has exposed her to some first-hand information on child psychology and the adaptation of learning aids to meet the various needs of children. She intends pursuing a Master’s programme in Public Administration in the near future.


Jennifer Owivri-Agbaire

Senior Research Partner

A First-Class graduate of English Education, Jennifer obtained a Master’s degree in Comparative Education from the University of Lagos. At present, she is a doctoral student of International Educational Development, University of Sussex, United Kingdom. She is also a lecturer in the Faculty of Education, University of Benin and has special interests in educational psychology and educational development. She has published several academic papers both in local and international journals

Ifeoluwa Watson

Senior Writer

Ifeoluwa Watson

Ife obtained a first degree in Literature in English from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Osun State and a Master’s degree in the same discipline from the prestigious University of Benin.

A writer par excellence, she writes short stories and drama scripts. She also doubles as an editor, content developer and website administrator. Some of her short stories have been published on Worldreader, Aerodrome, South Africa, The New Black Magazine, etc. She won the online writing competition, WriteRight II, in March 2014. She was recently shortlisted in the BBC International Playwriting Competition.


Femi Eromosele

Senior Writer

Currently a doctoral student of African Literature, University of Witwatersrand, Johannesburg, South Africa, Femi graduated from the University of Benin with a Second Class Upper degree in English and Literature before going on to obtain a Master’s degree in English from the University of Ibadan.

As an undergraduate student in the University of Benin, he won some awards in creative writing and held an executive position in the Creative Writers’ Workshop, the umbrella body for creative writers in the University of Benin. He is a very talented writer with so many works of prose and poetry, some of which have been published on Naija Stories, African Writer, The New Black Magazine and Ynaija.

Oluchi Onyema

Content Editor and Copywriter

Oluchi holds a Bachelor’s degree in English from the Imo State University, Owerri, and a Master’s degree in English from the University of Lagos. She is a proven copywriter and proofreader. She also doubles as a Senior Executive Assistant to the Proprietress of one of the big private schools in Lagos. She has a vast experience relating with school pupils and students. She has been the sole editor of the annual year book published on behalf of the graduating primary school pupils. A major part of her responsibility as editor is to collate data and present them in the most creative manner. She brings her immense experience both in teaching, administration and copywriting to bear in the organisation.


Chudy Ogobegwu

Creative Director

Popularly known as Mr Tony Elumelu’s photographer, Chudy is a photographer and graphic design consultant based in Lagos, Nigeria. He is the founder of WhaleTown Media, a photography and graphic design firm based in Lagos.

A B.Sc. graduate of Biochemistry, University of Benin, he has six years experience in graphic design, having consulted for Heirs Holdings, the Tony Elumelu Foundation, United Bank for Africa, Avon Medical, Bluegate Electronics and a number of other firms in Nigeria.

Joshua Ekeh

Graphics Designer/Web Developer

Joshua has a first degree in Microbiology from the University of Benin. He is also a certified Digital Marketing Executive with vast experience in Website Development and Management. He is also a Google-certified Inbound Marketing, Email Marketing and Digital Business Management.

He has a strong passion for digital marketing with special focus on brand development and management. He has worked with BusinessPlus Services, a digital advertising agency, as a graphic designer.


Precious Adebola

Mid-level Associate

Precious graduated with a Second Class Upper degree in Education Biology from the University of Benin. She has taught at different levels both before and after her national service. She is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Public Health Promotion (MPH) in the University of Ibadan.
